University of Missouri Extension in Saint Clair County will host a warm season grass cattle grazing workshop Thursday evening in Osceola. Agronomist Pat Miller will discuss grasses used in warm season grazing and how to manage them, while livestock specialist Patrick Davis will focus on cattle nutrition and grazing management. The workshop will begin at 6 p.m. at the First Baptist Church and is free. However, reservations are required by contacting the Saint Clair County Extension office at 417-646-2419, or by e-mailing email@example.com. The deadline to register is Wednesday, February 14th.
