activity / UTL
0820 Deputies Oaks and Romi issued a verbal warning for speed
0830 Deputies Oaks and Romi issued a citation to Stephanie Carver for speeding
0951 Detective Kubilus and Deputies Oaks and Romi responded to the 200 block of S
Main Street in Urich in regards to a suspicious person
1034 Deputies Oaks and Romi arrested Jerrald Trout Jr., age 30, of Creighton, on a 24
hour hold for burglary 2nd degree, stealing 2nd degree, and property damage 2nd
degree , and several Clinton Municipal and Cass County warrants
1110 Deputies Oaks and Romi were contacted in regards to an animal complaint in
Sparrowfoot West / information taken
1218 Deputies Oaks and Romi were contacted in regards to suspicious activity / HBO
1300 Cpl. Dody began patrol of the Corps of Engineers campground areas
1328 Deputies Oaks and Romi responded to the area of Division Road and K Hwy in
regards to a vehicle fire / HBO
1344 Detective Kubilus arrested Jason Miller, age 35, of Ballard, on a 24 hour hold for
burglary 2nd degree and stealing 2nd degree
1355 Deputies Oaks and Romi responded to the 100 block of SE Z Hwy in regards to
trespassing / HBO
1502 Deputies Logan, Oaks, and Romi responded to the Hartwell area in regards to a
check the well-being / HBO
1551 Deputy Logan responded to the 200 block of 5th St. in regards to suspicious activity /
information taken
1639 Cpl. Dody conducted motorist assist in the Clinton area
1715 Cpl. Dody arrested Virgil Bechtel, age 38, Hermitage, for possession of controlled
substance and possession of drug paraphernalia
1659 Deputy Logan conducted a follow up investigation in the Clinton area
1829 Deputy Logan conducted civil process in the Blairstown area
1842 Deputy Logan was contacted in regards to child neglect / referred to other
jurisdiction
1920 Deputy Logan conducted a motor assist in the 800 block of N 7 Hwy

holder before arrival
