Condolences to the family of Jason Leffler, who died Wednesday night as a result of injuries suffered in a crash during a four-ten sprint car event at Bridgeport Speedway in Swedesboro, New Jersey. Leffler was participating in a heat race when the accident occurred. He made 294 career starts in the NASCAR Nationwide Series with wins at Nashville and Indianapolis.

The Clinton Senior Legion baseball team has set their schedule for the summer. The team is largely comprised of Clinton High School baseball players who played varsity baseball this spring. The Senior Legion squad will play approximately 20 games this summer against teams in West Central Missouri.
